Before you choose
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT. Yearly billing is two months free.
Is there a checkout?
Paid plans are bought after sign-in, under Settings → Plan, through Stripe Checkout, where self-service checkout is open. Otherwise a message on the contact form opens a support ticket. Plans are sold to businesses and self-employed persons only.
Is there a free trial?
A free trial is not open yet.
What is on Basic?
Receipts, a journal, the 30% comparison, GPM311, and an i.SAF file you review and upload in the VMI portal.
How do employees work?
Employees are an add-on, not a separate plan. On Standard each employee is €5.99 a month. Pro includes 2 employees, then €5.99 each. Basic does not include employees. Business prices each member on the tiers on this page. Prices include VAT. Adding or removing an employee is prorated for the rest of the month.
Does VectorInvoice submit to VMI?
No. VectorInvoice prepares i.SAF, GPM311, FR0600 and FR0781 for you to review and download. We prepare the files for you to upload in the VMI portal; the app does not send them to VMI.
What does Business include?
from €49 a month, including VAT, on an annual contract. Members 1–20 are €4.50, members 21–100 are €4.00, and members 101+ are €3.50 per member a month. Each member includes 60 pooled receipts; each extra receipt is €0.10. Business includes everything in Pro, team members with roles and driver logins, fuel receipts with litres, an odometer photo and a licence plate, a fleet export (CSV and XLSX), and project and team tools. Billing is by invoice. Choose Business on the contact form.
